Since all process on after the approval of samples ,the quick-correct samples will certainly save much time ,From the past experience,if the customers want to change the logos or designs after the samples done ,the repeat samples will take more time .so please ensure there are no mistake in the first time .
5: What is your policy of sample?
Sample is free of charge, not include express fee.
6: How do you control your quality?
We have professional QC Staffs, there are 4 processes we focus our attention on
A: Checking the bulk fabrics’ quality before production, such as fabric composition, color fastness of washing and light etc
B: Checking the logos’ production, such as thread or printing colors, embroidery trim clean etc
C: Checking the sewing process, seam properties, slippage strength, given seam strength, strength of attachment etc.
D: Checking the finished caps and hats after steam ironing, but before packing
7: What is your opinion for small orders?
We can accept the min order quantity is 100pcs per color, except for some items have the min quantity limitation
8: What about the shipping methods?
DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, by sea, by air etc
9: What should we do if we cannot find the right thing in your site?
