     The RT-DTW voltage regulating type auto var compensator changes the reactive power inserted to the power grid by the capacitor bank by changing the reactive power of the capacitor bank into the power grid when the capacitor bank is fixedly input for fine reactive compensation. The device can be widely used not only for new substation establishment, but also for the upgrading of existing substations, of which the TBB compensators can be upgraded to the automatic var compensators with the 9-level compensation function.
