1. Vibrator: removes small impurities such as leaves, sand, dust, stones, etc. Use a high-pressure air knife to blow off the dust. Use the nozzle to clean the board in the first step.
2. Choose a conveyor belt with lights: There are 3 or more lanes for placing different types of dates. Raw dates, good dates, bad dates, etc.
3. Spray machine: spray water from the nozzle to clean the dates. Water can be recycled. Optional polishing brush if required.
4. Air dryer: Use high-pressure wind to blow water droplets from top to bottom. If necessary, a hot air blower is optional.
5. Oven: electric heating. The temperature is adjustable. The conveyor belt speed is adjustable. The upper cover can be lifted for easy cleaning.
6. The grader sorts the dates according to size.
