Operation steps of quail egg breaking and shelling machine:
1. Quail eggs that have been placed for 3-5 days should be used.
2. Boil the water, put in cold water, pour in the eggs after stirring, immediately stir for about 1 minute, simmer on high heat, wait for the water to boil again, stop the fire for about 10-15 minutes, and pick out the bad eggs floating on the surface
3. After the fire ceases, remove the eggs, soak them in water for about 5 minutes and use a shell crusher to break the shells.
4. Soak the broken eggs in cold water for about 15 minutes and then peel them on the machine.
5. Connect the power supply and water source, and control the water flow (the flow rate determines the speed of egg production)
6. Put the cooled eggs into the egg frame and perform the shelling operation.
