Use and maintenance:
(1) Before feeding and using, check and ensure that there is no foreign matter inside the kneading bucket.
(2) Check the amount of mechanical oil in the gear box. If it is insufficient, no. 10 mechanical oil can be added into the box.
(3) Check whether the bolts, screws and latches of all connecting parts are fastened.
(4) Pull the belt by hand, if there is any stuck or abnormal phenomenon, confirm the normal empty machine test operation.
(5) Prepare the work, open the pressurized gland, close the exit door, and put an appropriate amount of killing green leaves into the kneading bucket.
(6) Close the pressurized cover and make the cover enter the barrel for about 30mm. Start the operation, and then gradually pressurize until you add enough.Then go to press empty knead for a minute, loosen the ball, arrange the bar, adsorption tea juice, etc., can open the tea door out of the tea, clean up, you can start the second rolling operation.
