Working Principle of Industrial Macadamia Butter Making Machine：
The grinding chamber is equipped with three grinding areas, the first level is the coarse grinding area, the second level is the fine grinding area, and the third level is the ultra-fine grinding area.
The stators and rotors of different geometric shapes move relative to each other under high-speed rotation. When the nut material passes through the gap between the stator and the rotor, it is subjected to strong shearing force, friction force, impact force, high-frequency vibration and other compound forces, and it is effectively broken, dispersed, emulsified and mixed (also can be recycled).
Precautions for the Use of the Macadamia Nut Butter Making Machine:
The equipment cannot process dry solid materials, only wet processing.
The feed size should be less than 1mm. Materials should be cleared of debris before entering the equipment. Hard objects such as iron and gravel particles are strictly prohibited from entering the equipment to prevent damage to the machine.
According to the nature of the material and the requirements of processing fineness, it can be ground once or multiple times.
