Chapter I. Safety Notes

1.1 General safety reference

Before the equipment is put into operation for the first time, important information about safety must be read and understood.

The company's machine safety facilities comply with the provisions of professional associations, as well as relevant safety regulations. Only by operating properly and within the allowable range can the hazards to the operator and the damage to the machine be minimized.

All the work described in the operation manual of equipment installation, maintenance and inspection shall be undertaken by the designated professional and full-time personnel. If the equipment is used and maintained by non-professionals, it will increase the risk of operators.

The equipment management department should ensure that the staff who operate, maintain and repair are familiar with and can strictly abide by the safety knowledge.

    Operators should be familiar with all safety devices and their use methods to avoid personal injury and machine damage.

Safety facilities such as safety codes and hazard signs should be arranged in areas easily visible near the equipment.

If there is any abnormal change in equipment, the operator must inform the equipment management department immediately in order to contact the technical department of our company in time.

Please check and confirm that the personnel present are safely prepared to be in place before starting and running the machine.

Chapter II. Working Principles and Overview

2.1 Main uses and characteristics

Stainless steel gas heating sandwich pot is widely used in candy (soft candy, hard candy), dairy wine, pastries, beverages, preserves, cans and other food processing. It can also be used in large restaurants or canteens to boil soup, stew, porridge and so on. It is an excellent equipment for food processing to improve quality, shorten time and improve working conditions.

This pot uses gas as heat source, heating the heat conducting oil (or other heat transfer medium) in the interlayer by generating heat, and then heating the material of the inner pot through heat transfer. In addition, the inner gallbladder can also be directly heated (such as porridge and other non-sticky pot materials), which has the following advantages:

1Full combustion, smokeless and dust-free, a small amount of carbon deposition, no environmental pollution.

2The flame temperature can be adjusted at will, and the maximum temperature is about 300 C.

3Strong energy-saving, fierce fire, thermal efficiency than similar products increased by about 25%.

4Fuel: liquefied petroleum gas, pipeline gas, natural gas and oil are strictly prohibited.

5Gas consumption: 20% lower than similar products.

According to the different characteristics of the material, the inner pot body is made of acid-resistant and heat-resistant austenitic stainless steel SUS316L or SUS304. The sandwich can be made of SUS304 stainless steel or Q235-B carbon steel according to user's requirements. In addition, in order to avoid heat loss, an insulating layer is designed (according to the temperature, polyurethane foaming insulation with high density and excellent thermal insulation performance is selected, or compactness is selected). Glass rock wool insulation layer with good properties and high temperature resistance.The outer insulation layer is protected by SUS304 stainless steel wrapping. It has beautiful appearance, easy installation, convenient operation, safety and reliability.

 

2.2 Main Structure and Process Flow of Products

2.2.1 The main body of the equipment is hemispherical structure, consisting of heightening ring, hemispherical pot body, stove head, leg or bracket, and various functional nozzles. The sandwich pot with stirring is equipped with motor and stirring impeller.

Supporting foot type: trough support type.

Stirring paddle type: ordinary stirring (anchor type) and scraping bottom stirring, scraping edge material for PTFE. Pot body with mixing device: top central mixing, reducer output shaft and mixing propeller shaft using looper connection, easy to disassemble and clean. Tilting type sandwich pan body can tilt up to 90 degrees, and the tilting mode is manual.

Tilting type is mainly composed of pot body, furnace head and tilting device. The maximum inclination is 90 degrees (Fig. 1)

Chapter IV. Operational Guidelines

4.1 Equipment installation

4.1.1 Generally, the equipment does not need to be fixed, as long as it is placed on a flat and solid ground. It can also be fixed with anchor bolts. There are holes in the support foot or the bottom of the support for bolt piercing.

4.1.2 The jacket needs to add heat conducting oil to the interlayer: close the heat conducting oil outlet, open the non-condensable gas outlet valve, the interlayer of the pan body has an external thread joint, can screw a matching elbow upward, place a funnel to add heat conducting oil to the pan (generally 320 type heat conducting oil). Refuel until the condensable gas outlet has just begun to overflow the heat conducting oil. Keep in mind that the interlayer must be connected with the atmosphere. When heated, the interlayer should be atmospheric pressure.
