Chicken butchering poultry scalding equipment for defeathering

1. This machine is a important scalding equipment before poultry plucking. Usually it is matched with same capacity poultry plucking machine.
2. It is mainly used for chincken, duck, goose, pigeon, turkey, quails, rabbit and etc.
3. Especially suitable for small slaughtering and processing households. Normal working speed is 300 pieces chicken per hour. Multiple model selection for your different demands.
4. Heating system is customized accordingly. Electrical heating, gas heaitng and steam heating for your flexible choice.
5. Food grade stainless steel is used. The thickness of the tank is 2mm. If you want to reduce your cost, we can also customize Galvanized steel material.
6. Through motor driving, the spiral rubber roller turns inside the scalder tank, making poultry scalding more evenly, and greatly reduce labor and cost.

Three heating methods are available. It can be equipped with temperature control and digital display thermometer. Can be customized with one mehods or combined use as your requirement.
* Electrical heating: Using heating pipe, heating fast and environmental. Electric cabinet can be added. But, 220V pressure is not suitable, and need to change the water offenly because the heating pipe will be broken by dirt attached.
* Gas heating: Easy to control, water temperature rising very fast, and no spares. But this type may cost much in gas, normally 20kg gas per hour.
* Steam heating: Using a boiler. Long service life but high cost with boiler. It is a good deal in long term.
Performance
* Poultries can be directly put into the machine tank for scalding after blood draining.
* Normally, 20-25 pieces chickens one time, 15-20 pieces ducks, 12-18 pieces gooses.
* Scalding time reference, about 2 minutes for chicken, 4 minutes for duck, and 6 minutes for gooses. The specific time can be based on the actual situation.
* The scalding water temperature normally is controlled between 58°C-65°C.





If you need samller capacity scalder, this type JS-JTC-60 is very suitable for 10 pieces chickens scalding one time.
