Description:

2. Working principle:
1) Principle of soaking process: Sesame is infested by hot water added with quantitative caustic soda. The reducer drives the agitator to rotate. Due to the structural characteristics of the composite agitator, the material is circulated up and down, and the sesame and the soaking liquid are evenly mixed.

2) Working principle of peeling process: Using the relative friction between the stirrer and sesame, and between sesame and sesame, the sesame peel and the kernel are separated, thereby achieving the purpose of sesame peeling.
