Woring principle
The sugar coating machine rotates clockwise through the pot body, so that the sugar-coated tablets roll and slide in the pot, so that the sugar-coated powder is evenly distributed on all the medicines. The electric blower is attached, and the air outlet tube can be heated into the ball. The blower sends hot air to the inner layer of the pan to remove the surface moisture of the tablet, thereby obtaining a rigid sugar-coated tablet.
Steps:
(1) Isolation layer: Most of the materials used for the separator are made of glue, or with gum syrup, plus a small amount of talc. Its role is to prevent the sugar coating from being destroyed and the drug to absorb moisture.
(2) Powder coating layer: The material for coating the powder coating layer is syrup and talcum powder. Its role is to eliminate the original edges and corners of the tablets.
