The major problem being faced by the farmers growing paddy, maize, chillies, groundnut etc is that they do not have proper drying facilities.
The conventional way of drying the grains ia a time consuming process and the disadvantages are:-
- no control on moisture percentage
- it is difficult to get the grain to the correct level of moisture
-quality degradation
-dust accumulation
-lager floor space is required for natural drying
-expenses for floor preperation is recurring for each crop season
-unseasonal rains may interrrupt even natural drying process in fields
IN ORDER TO OVER COME THIS PROBLEM IT IS NECESSARY TO HAVE MECHANICAL DRYERS TO DRY THE GRAINS IN SPEEDY WAY TO REQUIRED MOISTURE LEVEL WITHOUT EFFECTING ITS QUALITY.To reduce the moisture content to an optimal level for milling and subsequent storage and to obtain maximum milling yield in terms of whole rice grains. The paddy drying requires to be dried out slowly at air temperature only slightly above of that environment WE offer the most advanced " Low temperature dryer", an ideally suitable for threshed paddy as well as parboiled rice.
We seperately install Biomass Furnace for our Biomass dryers and also we have The Rice Husk Furnace Drying Complex.
