I. Working principles of meat cut mixer:

It takes advantage of the high speed cutting function of the rotary cutting knife and cut the meat into meat paste/ minced meat. It can also mix the meat with other materials. 

II. Specifics of the machine:

1. The machine is made of 304 stainless steel, anti-corrosion, easy to clean and maintain. 

2. The cutting knife is made of advanced imported material. It rotates and cut the meat into paste.

3. The dual-speed pot can coordinate with any rotary speed of the cutting knife. 

4. The machine is equipped with timing device. 

5. The fineness of the machine can be controlled by adjusting the time.

6. Material discharging: the material can be discharged by putting down the material discharger. 

7. All the electric apparatus are water-proof. 

8. Main control center imported from Germany.
