Features:
1.Fluidizing dryer is also called fluid bed. Through operation and improvement over 30 years, it has play an active part in the fields of pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, gain and so on industries. It consists of air filter, fluid bed, cyclone separator, dust collector, high-speed centrifugal fan, control cabinet and so on. Because of the difference of property from raw material, it is necessary to equip dust remover in accordance with practical needs. It may select cyclone separator and dust collector both or one of them. In general, cyclone separator can be selected if the raw material is larger and the dust collector may be selected if the raw material is light. Moreover, there is pneumatic feeding device for your selection. There are two kinds of operation for this machine, continuous and intermittent type.
2.The clean and hot air enters into fluid bed through distributor of valve plate. The wet material is fed from the feeder forms the fluid state by hot air. Because of the wide contact between hot air and raw materials, the time of drying is short. If use continuous type, the material enters from the front of bed, fluidized in bed for several minutes, and float another side of bed. The machine works in negative pressure.
Preface
A vibrating Fluid Bed provides optimal processing conditions and transport of products with relatively poor fluidization characteristics. The VIBRO-FLUIDIZER is most often applied as a final stage in a spray drying process for after drying or cooling, but it can also be operated as an individual unit to dry, cool, de-dust or agglomerate powders from other processes. The VIBRO-FLUIDIZER is a 100% sanitary vibrating Fluid Bed complying with the strictest standards and regulation in the dairy and food industries.
Adopt vibration motor, it is smooth in running and convenient in maintenance. The noise is low and the service life is long.
The state of fluidization is uniform and no dead gaps or broken phenomenon so to even dry, cool product.
It is good in adjustment and wide in the field of application. The thickness of raw material and the speed of raw material to be moved inside the machine and the change of vibration range can be steeples. The damage the surface of raw material is small. So it can be used for raw materials that are easily to be broken. If the granule is not normal, the effect of process can not be effected.
The structure is fully seal, it is effective to prevent from cross pollution of raw materials and the working environment is clean.
The mechanical and heat are high and its effective of energy saving, compared to ordinal dryer, 30-60% of energy is saved.
The moist powder layer is vibrated on an air distributor plate. The effect of the vibration combined with the upward and forward directed flow of drying air through the perforated plate create ideal processing conditions and powder transport. Thanks to the vibration, it is possible to operate with fluidized powder layers of less than 200 mm. This gives a narrow and swift controlled residence time whilst avoiding attrition.
