Tenderizer is made of stainless steel SUS304 and corrosion proof aluminum alloy.
BNHJ-I tenderizer is designed to tenderize meat after injection. Zigzag knife cuts the surface of meat to get a much larger surface area, thus quickly obtaining good brine and protein dissolve. It shortens tumbling time and improves meat quality. The machine employs dual cutting knife shaft system, the knife shaft is easy to clean as well.
