The Work Craft Of Cassava Flour Processing Machinery
- 1.Washing and Cleaning Section:In this part, there are flour machines: Scraper Lifter, Inclined Rolling Cage Washing Machine, Paddle-type Washing Machine and High-efficiency Cleaning and Peeling Machine.
- 2.Crushing Section:In this part, the main machine is: Cassava Grater or Crusher. Which is for wet material crushing, to make the clean cassava root into cassava slurry, so that it is easy for dewatering and drying in the next stage.
- 3.Dewatering Section:In this part, the main machine is Press Dehydrator or Filter Press, which is a dewatering machine to remove the moisture inside the slurry, and then send it to the air dryer.
- 4.Drying Section: In this part, the main machine is Airflow Dryer, which is using the hot-air caused from the heat source, to dry the dewatered cassava flour in the drying tower, after drying, the output flour will be 13% water.
- 5.Packing Section:After drying, the cassava flour will be sieving by a product sieve and then packed by automatic packer.

1.For the whole standard production line,the package of the main machine is nude,but the important parts will packed by woven bags or other materials,the machine will be fixed on the container to keep safe.
2.For the spare parts,we will package in the carton first,then use the wooden case.
