How to Make Flossy Powder

Recipe for Rainbow Flossy Powder

STEP 1

Preparation: Mix 30g of rainbow flossy powder with 50cc of hot water and stir well.

STEP 2

Pour mixture and 1000cc of dairy whipping cream into a stand mixer.

STEP 3

Turn the mixer on with high speed for 1-3 minutes depending on environment temperature.

*High temperature:1~2mins;Low temperature:2~3 minutes

STEP 4

Turn the mixer off when the cream turns solid as honey syrup.

STEP 5

Refrigerate 4°C after making.

The recipe can be adjusted by personal’s preference.

To keep flossy cream fresh, refrigerate4°C and consume within 2 days after making.
