Vegetable Spring Rolls
Ingredients
Pastry: Wheatflour, Water
Filling: Cabbage, Carrot, Turnip, Green pepper, Sugar, Salt, Soya sauce, Mixed spices, Coriander
No artificial colours, preservatives or flavourings
Cooking Instructions
Deep Fry
Pre heat oil to 180ºC (350ºF) and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
Oven Bake
Pre heat oven to 200ºC (390ºF). Brush Spring Rolls lightly with oil and place in a baking tray and cook approximately for 20-30 until golden brown.
Storage
Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze once thawed.
