The way of using:

1. Center the inner bound with wide, and tension on both sides through back to the waist.
2. Adjust inner corset with wide ancient ingot knife feel the position of the elastic medium.
3. The outer bound with the waist of strengthen layer edge fixed well first.
4. Then on the other side of the strengthening layer fixed after check whether comfortable.

Product washing and maintenance mode:

• The water temperature should not be more than 40 degrees.
• The first washing, please wash separately.
• It is recommended to use neutral detergent in hand washing.
• Do not use bleach.

Question:Is this one size fits all?
Answer:It is very adjustable.

Question:Is this washable?
Answer:Yes, it's washable. I've washed it a few times since I've purchased it and it works just fine. I would say to watch out for the hook and loop closure. It's strong and may snag delacates. I would hand wash or wash in machine with it closed.

Question:is this band effective as a postpartum belly wrap?
Answer:It could work for postpartum, but I prefer my whole stomach to be wrapped and this band only covers a little it's also to stretchy. I had a c section and I wouldn't recommend this band for that.

Question:Did this help with muscle separation pain in your stomach?
Answer:I have been using this belt for the last 2 months with my current pregnancy and find I'm not experiencing the seperation pains I felt in the pregnancy before this when my ab muscles first separated. I also find that over all my posture is better with the belt.

Question:Can it be washed in the washing machine?
Answer:Yes, I would air dry rather than machine dry though.
