1.Product Structure
The ZSTP15 Generic Sprinkler Head consists of the sprinkler head frame, a thermostatic component, a seal, a splash plate etc., among which the sprinkler head frame is a result of using such manufacturing techniques as meticulously forging and pressing copper alloy materials and polishing the outer surface by making it chromium plated, endowing it with such features as frame hardness, anti-corrosiveness and cool looks. The thermostatic component (glass ball) is characterized with the capacity for reliable action and rapid response. The seal is endowed with features such as anti-aging, anti-corrosiveness and tight-sealing. The downward spray from the generic-type sprinkler head is 40%~60%. The glass ball has a diameter of 5mm [Its response time indicator (RTI)=80( M-s) 0.5~350(m*s)0.5]. Sprinkler heads can be divided into various temperature levels, depending on the temperature of the glass ball in action. When the glass ball and the seal are not installed, the Generic Sprinkler becomes an open-type sprinkler head (of the generic type).
