Firberglass Molded grating is manufactured by laying continuous glass fibres in the mould in the direction of vertical and horizontal, and thurougly wetted out with resin, layer by layer.
FRP grating are designed with a high safety factor and are manufactured according to the DIN 24537-3 standard. Our gratings are manufactured in a wide range of sizes in order to guarantee an immediate solution to various design problems and are produced in monolithic panels that are easy and fast to install.

Frp grating with smooth surface is normal use in walkway.Grating contains strong stress resistance, Lightweight, high strength.
Yellow, green, black, grey, transparent, etc .Customized color are available.
1. Light weight: Its weight is one quarter of steel gratings; easy for carrying, which reduce the carrying cost.
2. Good mechanical property: Resin content is 35%; fiberglass content is 65%, which increase the rate between strength and weight.
3. Aging resistance: UV absorption agent and polyester surface veil mat are added in the formula, which can protect from
ultraviolet rays.
4. Effective: The fire retardant effect is of 1 to 25, or oxygen index is above 26. Oxygen index can reach above 26. (per the
requirement of project)
5. Others: Impact resistance, free from maintenance, easy for processing, slide resistance, electric and thermal insulation.
Specific applicable: operating platform, trench cover, double ground, road, corridor, stair tread, condole top, found board, car washes the floor, etc
