FRP pipe is a lightweight, high-strength, corrosion-resistant non-metallic pipe. It is a glass fiber with a resin-based weight that is wound layer by layer on a rotating core mold according to the process requirements, and quartz sand is evenly spread over the distance between the fibers as an interlayer. Its pipe wall structure is reasonable and advanced, which can give full play to the role of materials. Under the premise of satisfying the use strength, the steel degree is improved, and the stability and reliability of the product are guaranteed. Glass fiber reinforced plastic sand pipe is accepted by customers for its excellent chemical resistance, light weight and high strength, non-scaling, strong shock resistance, long service life compared with ordinary steel pipes, low comprehensive cost, fast installation, safety and reliability.

FRP pipes use resin (food-grade resin for drinking water), glass fiber, and quartz sand as raw materials, and are made by special processes.
Characteristics of the pipe:
(1) Corrosion resistance: chemically inert materials, excellent corrosion resistance, and different corrosion resistant pipes can be selected according to the conveying medium.
(2) High mechanical strength: good hydraulic pressure resistance, external pressure resistance and impact resistance. Pipes and fittings can be designed and manufactured according to the required pressure.
(3) Strong temperature adaptability: Operating temperature range: greater than -70 degrees Celsius and less than 250 degrees Celsius, the pipeline will not crack under frozen medium.
(4) Small fluid resistance: The inner wall of the pipe is smooth with a roughness coefficient of 0.0084. At the same flow rate, the pipe diameter can be reduced.
(5) Light weight and long life: light weight, convenient transportation, low construction cost, no maintenance required, and long service life of more than 50 years.
(6) Maintaining water quality: non-toxic, transporting drinking water can maintain long-term water quality and hygiene.
