Directions for use

Computer debug USB - TTL.This module power supply for: 5 v - 26 v, if more than 5 v power supply must be in 2 a, recommend a 9 v power supply.Plug in the Arduino motherboard, power supply must be able to provide 2 a current.Because the GPRS shields boot current and peak current maximum per 2 a, but is unable to provide such a large current USB port, so you have to external power supply equipment. One power supply mouth row needles to elicit the 3.7-4.5 V power supply is suitable for lithium batteries.Perfectly compatible with the arduino microcontroller serial port.3.3 and 5 v TTL serial port compatible microcontroller.

Ensure your SIM card is not locked
GPRS communication shields the baud rate is the best 19200 BPS 8 - N - 1 automatic matching (GPRS shields the default baud rate)
Refer to the below

1. Provide two antenna interface, compatible with all kinds of demand. This product shipment has been attached to the antenna, antenna with tieline, so compatible with 2 interface.

2. SIM900 can be set through the jumper cap, and connected to the Arduino from D0 to D7 any two pins, it is not just only use D0D1 hardware UART.

3. The Debug toggle switch, you can set the SIM900 Debug port connected to the Arduino or by Arduino ATMEGA8U2 / FT232 connected to the PC, the Debug debugging.

4. Audio and mic mouth raises.

5. SIM900 multiple IO mouth lead, if necessary can row needles after using dupont line connection - specific pin reference schematic diagram and datasheet.

6. Three status indicators, as well as three buttons - the power on button can control through the use of the Arduino pin to software to power on SIM900.

7. 3.3 V and 5 V compatible automatic level, can be adaptive to 3.3 V or 5 V of the main control board, support the leaf maple and Chipkit such other platform development board of 3.3 V.

The GPRS Shield is based on SIM900 module from SIMCOM and compatible with Arduino and its clones. The GPRS Shield provides you a way to communicate using the GSM cell phone network. The shield allows you to achieve SMS, MMS, GPRS and Audio via UART by sending AT commands (GSM 07.07 ,07.05 and SIMCOM enhanced AT Commands). The shield also has the 12 GPIOs, 2 PWMs and an ADC of the SIM900 module(They are all 2V8 logic) present onboard.
