After inspection, there are a total of 4 vibration displacement cards (3500/40M) and 1 keyphasor card (3500/25). Some status indicator lights are all off, or flashing or turning red to alarm, confirming that the card is damaged. A total of 8 vibration circuits, 5 displacement circuits, and 2 keyphase circuits are malfunctioning. All vibration circuits and displacement circuits are involved in the emergency shutdown interlocking of the unit.
