The IM 155-6PN high-performance interface module is mainly used for PROFINET applications with high functional requirements and flexibility, and is used for large-scale station expansion of up to 64 modules (up to 1024 IO signals). All I/O modules (including PROFIsafe modules) can be used. In addition, BA-Send/BU-Send can be used to expand the station through up to 16 IP67 modules in the SIMATIC ET 200AL series.
