Action principle of Siemens actuator: ① Open the valve: the hydraulic pump pushes the hydraulic oil in the oil storage chamber to flow into the pressure chamber, so the pressure cylinder is used to move downward. At the same time, the return spring is compressed. ② Close the valve: start the electric valve to make the hydraulic oil in the pressure chamber flow back to the oil storage chamber. The compressed spring pushes the valve rod of the pressure cylinder upward to extend, and the valve closes.
