TD506Z-A/B cement cement cement vibration table is developed and developed by Hebei Tianqi Xingzi Testing Equipment Co., LTD. According to T 0506-2005 "Cement Cement Cement Strength Test Method (ISO Method)" in JTG E30-2005 "Test Procedures for Cement and Cement Concrete in Highway Engineering" of the People's Republic of China. The strength testing method of cement cement sand is designed to adopt ISO679:1989 (E) international standard. The instrument is equivalent to ISO679:1989 (E) 4.2.5 standard and is suitable for the preparation of sample used in cement strength test.

Three, working principle

The instrument is mainly composed of vibration components, frame components and proximity switch program control system, as shown in Figure (1). When working, the synchronous motor drives the CAM to rotate, so that the vibration part rises, rises to the fixed value after falling, and the vibration makes the cement mortar vibrate under the action of the force, the instrument adopts the close switch counting automatic control, automatically stops after 60 times, easy to use, accurate counting.

Four, installation steps:

The correct installation of the vibration table is very important for the production and test results of the specimen. Please follow the following steps when installing the vibration table.

1. According to the requirements of 4.2.5 in the national standard GB/T17671-1999, the vibration platform is installed on the concrete base with a height of about 400mm. The volume of concrete is about 0.25m3 and the weight is about 600kg. To prevent external vibration from affecting the vibration effect, a layer of natural rubber elastic liner about 5mm thick can be placed under the whole concrete base. And pay attention to the body should be good electrical safety grounding.

2, the vibration table is fixed on the base with foot screws, after installation into a horizontal state, the height ruler can be used to correct the four corners of the vibration table table height within 1mm, the length direction of the level within 0.5mm, between the instrument base and the base is laid with a layer of fresh thick mortar to ensure that they are fully in contact. At the same time can also be used to adjust the table and arm level.

3. Tighten the anchor screws after the cement cement sand is set and hardened, pay attention to the tightening force should be basically the same to prevent deformation of the equipment, and then lift the mesa (5) shown in Figure "1", and the convex head (4) and the positioning sleeve (2) should not have stuck phenomenon. If there is stuck phenomenon, the level is generally not calibrated, and the reason should be found before calibration.

5. Use and maintenance

1. Before operation, the positioning sleeve should be removed (as shown in Figure 1), and the electric control part should be checked to see whether the moving parts are moving freely and whether the electric control part is normal. The positioning sleeve must be removed before each use.

2. Please refer to the attached drawing for electrical principle. Before switching on the power supply, the lock switch SW is in the off state (i.e. the button is in the eject position). When the switch is pressed and locked, the motor runs and the electronic counter counts from zero and stops when it reaches 60. To operate again, you can press SW twice, that is, it can be executed repeatedly.

3, this circuit because the power transformer is not used, the circuit part is related to the power supply voltage, the shell must ensure safety grounding (carefully check the power plug seat PE yellow and green line is safe grounding, rather than connected to the power neutral line.

4, there is oil cup place add lubricating oil, CAM surface coated with thin oil to reduce wear.

5, after use should clean all kinds of debris on the instrument, keep clean, and put the positioning sleeve and in situ, so as not to affect the center position of the table force.

6, after a period of time to use the instrument, such as the amplitude of the larger out of tolerance, can be randomly attached to the washer to adjust. The specific method is to loosen the stop fixing screw, remove the stop, put the washer under and tighten the fixing screw again.

7. Amplitude test:

a. Place the attached 14.7mm test block between the convex surface and the stop as shown in Figure "1", and move the CAM by hand. The CAM should be in contact with the bearing.

b. In the same way, the 15.3mm test block is put in, then the CAM and bearing should not contact, if the above two conditions are met, that is, the instrument amplitude is qualified. To proceed with the work.

6. Precautions for use

7. The cement sand vibration platform used in the experiment should be reasonably arranged and neatly placed to facilitate operation, observation and recording.
