The  GSM RTU,GSM SMS Controller  is a multi I/O port remote terminal unit. It is special for BTS monitoring, remote data acquisition, telemetrically, BTS access control and other applications. It supports voice communication, SMS, GPRS communications.

The  GSM RTU GSM SMS Controller  can be used as remote access control; the authorized users can open the gate or turn on the machine with a free charge call at specified time.

The  GSM RTU GSM SMS Controller  supports Modbus TCP, TCP/UDP protocol, transparent data transmission over GPRS, performs as Modbus Slave.

3.  How about the Shipping?

• The DHL,UPS,Fedex,TNT usually calculate the shipment based on measure size or weight. They compare the measurement size in Cube meters and Gross weight, and choose the large value to calculate the shipment cost.  (Calculation Formula is : L*W*H/5000=Measurement Size weight, unit is cm)

•  Our recommends:

          For samples, ship by Express, usually 3-5days.

          While place small order, try to make the finial weight more than 21Kg.

          If the order weight less than 100Kg, recommend to ship them by Express.

          If the weight is 101kg~200kg recommend to ship them by Air-cargo or express;

          If the weight is above 200kgs, recommend to ship them by air cargo or by sea.

4.  What's the delivery time?

•  Wholesales 4-7days according different quantities;
•  OEM 7-14 days after all info confirmed.

5.  What is the warranty of your company?

• 2~3 years warranty for the main unit; one year warranty for the accessories.
• Please send back the defective goods within the warranty period, we will repair them or send you new free.
• Please send to us some pictures and video about it need to confirm your problem then we will send you free new goods or parts instead.
