B. Nature Veneer for our Veneered MDF Door Skin:
It is made by nature wood log to saw into square timber in profile. Before to slice into wood veneer that must be boiled in softing the wood fiber. Then, it may be sliced into wood veneer. If it is made into our door skin that the wood veneer back must be laminated with a thin non-woving fleece back.
C. Engineered Veneer for our Veneered MDF Door Skin:
This is a special process fom natural wood. It may be sliced a thicker wood slice, take out the bad part and laminated with glue into good timber. Then, to slice it thin veneer again. It must be laminated with a thin non-woving fleece back, too.
