There are 4 types of drive shaft YIDA Metalwork is producing and exporting for the commercial door and garage door:

1. Tubular shaft without keyway, round seamless steel tube, galvanized & black

2. Tubular / hollow shaft 1" / 1.25" with key-way, galvanized & black

3. Solid shaft 1" with key-way, galvanized & black

4. Keyed shaft on one or two sides over round steel bar

Technique:

Cold drawing, , annealing, straightening, cutting 

Material:

Hot rolled seamless steel tube for tubular shaft & hollow shaft with keyway

Carbon steel bar for solid shaft / keyed shaft

Surface Treatment: 

Cold galvanized in blue-white zinc

Application:

For residential & industrial doors

Note: we accept the customization of shafts according to your requirements. 

Shafts gallary:

 We provide free samples for manufacturers, industrial concerns and salers.

Packing:

The shafts are protected by anti rust bag and stretch film. The bundles are packed by steel strip in square shape.

Quantity per bundle:

1. Tubular shaft & hollow shaft, 30/40/50/60 pieces per bundle

2. Solid shaft & keyed shaft, 20/30/50 pieces per bundle

Weight per bundle:

Max weight per bundle, 860.00Kg or according to your requirements

Shipping:

The shafts could be exported by ship or train. 

By FCL, the min order quantity shall be 17500Kg. The loading will be finished in the factory with bridge crane or forklift.

By LCL, the min order quantity shall be 3000Kg. The loading will be finished in the container yard by the station staff by forklift.

We provide the production and exporting of shafts according to your requirements or our factory standards.
