Our every products has very strict process,we use organically grown Moso bamboo, it’s naturally antimicrobial,we choose the middle part of the bamboo and cutting to pieces of bamboo cane,and then carbonized,drying,finish planning and profiling to different bamboo board,after that it also needs sanding,hollow out different shapes,slot broaching,polishing more than ten process to finish different perfect products or as request.if you need your own logo or your own different shape or needs,just tell us,we can supply what you need.

Main Process:
Drying & Carbonized----all our raw materials of bamboo are treated by drying and carbonization. Through the high temperature of 200—300 Celsius Degree, it could harden the bamboo as well as kill the bacterial, what is more after the carbonization, the bamboo have the function of antibacterial, and it won’t go moldy forever.
Electrostatic painting----It makes the items keep the natural color of bamboo, meanwhile have the waterproof surface.
