Plaster, also referred to as gypsum plaster, lime plaster or cement plaster, is a type of building material that is both economical and functional. Plaster is applied to various inner walls and ceilings of buildings, but it is unsuitable for bathrooms, kitchens, and other places which are directly in contact with water. If classifying by application, gypsum plaster can be divided into surface layer plaster (F), bottom layer plaster (B), insulating layer plaster (T), gypsum based self-leveling floor compound, and more.

Our horizontal mixer and vertical mixer are used independently, while they can also be used in combination with each other during the whole process. This not only ensures the continuous production, but also assures the material mixing uniformity. In addition, loss-in-weight (measuring accuracy error miner than 0.5 percent) is used to measure all the main and auxiliary materials, thus ensuring the feeding accuracy of each material. Furthermore, thanks to our complete laboratory system, we can provide cost-effective process formula and production lines according to customers' requirements in terms of their material characteristics and parameters.
