Description of machine

This production line is a soap molding production line with soap pellets as raw material and a yield of 200-500 kg/hr. After mixing, grinding, vacuum stripping and printing, it can produce medium to high-grade soap with a fatty acid content of 55-70%. The production line uses a double-layer vacuum slitting machine to make the soap structure compact and not easy to crack.
