Distilled water storage and distribution system
The WFI distribution system of our Company takes GMP and ISPE engineering guidelines and FDA standards as the basis for the design theory. The optimal design is customized in accordance with the client’s actual requirements on site. All the pipelines use the 316L stainless steel without dead leg and sanitary chuck connection mode. The roughness of the surface contacted by all products shall be less than 0.6um. All the pipe fittings choose the ASME-BOE2000 type accessories, which can realize the constant temperature control and chain operation with the water distiller. All the control valves use imported components. The whole system can be pre-installation and operational qualification at the manufacturing plant and the comprehensive validation documents are provided.
