It can finish clamping one-time of various dishes, plates, shell, cam, mold and other complex parts. Machine construction
Base, sliding block, working bench, vertical column , spindle box and other main basic parts adopt HT300 cast iron; base is box type structure with symmetric compact and reasonable structure which ensures the basic parts of the high rigidity and bending resistance performance; the column is of A shape bridge span, together with bed inside grid reinforced, effectively ensure the rigidity and accuracy of the Z axis strong cutting force;
Guide way and ball screw
The guide rail of X, Z, Y axis are use Taiwan HIWIN company's heavy load linear ball guide, has the advantages of fast speed, Eliminate intermittent creep, high rigidity, low friction, low noise , low temperature rise and so on. Using automatic forced lubrication, it can improve the accuracy of machine tools
ATC
he machine matched with 24 disc type cutter (standard) or 16BT40-20 carousel style tool bank (optional) supplied by Taiwan professional manufacturers. The tool changes accurately , using short time and high efficiency. After a million times running test, it meets reliability requirements; matched with damping structure, it can reduce the impact when move to ensure the service life of the tools;
Spindle
The spindle unit of the machine tool is high speed, high accuracy, high rigidity, with large load carrying capacity of axial and radial, and the maximum speed of up to 8000rpm.Spindle is of central blowing structure. When the spindle releases tool , the high pressure gas is used to clean the main shaft, so ensure the precision and service life of the tool .
