WHAT IS EMS?

Daily 30-45 minute sessions are recommended for the first 3-6 weeks and 2-3 sessions a week thereafter. Remember EMS does not burn calories so do not increase your calorie intake.
How long will the results last?
EMS results like any form of exercise are never permanent unless you do something to maintain them. You should be able to maintain your results with 2-3 sessions per week.
Is EMS good for post pregnancy?
