A) How it works:
Several irregular blocks are arranged regularly between outer ring and inner ring. When the inner ring is rotating in the working direction, the irregular blocks contact with the outer ring and inner ring gently. When the inner ring rotates in the counter-working direction, irregular blocks will be deflect driven by spring force and wedge outer ring and inner ring closer together to afford backstop torque.

Iron block is used to locate torque arm. It must have enough resistance to shear strength (pressure). When user selected arm length is different, the force taken by iron block also changes.
