Q1: What is your sample policy?
We would like to provide you samples for getting approval, and 1 or 2 samples will be no charge, but need customers to
undertake the courier cost firstly. It will be drawback to customer when order placed.
Q2:What is your terms of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q3: What is your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% balance before delivery. The photos of the products and packages will be showed to you before you pay the balance.
Q4: How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 15 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for sample. Air and sea ship is acceptable. It usually needs 7 days to arrive except sea ship.
Q6: What is your terms of packing?
Generally, the goods are packaged in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we would like to pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
