Installation Method

1. Connect the push rod to the clutch pedal arm
2. Connect the clutch master pump to the mounting bracket by bolts and lock it under the specified torque;
3. Adjust the push rod thread, you must ensure a 0.5-1mm gap between the master pump pusher ball head and the master pump piston groove, and then lock the push rod through the lock nut
4. Connect one end of the oil pipe to the clutch main pump oil outlet (if the connection method is screwed, tighten it under the specified torque)

Common malfunctions:

Troubleshooting method:

A1. Remove the rubber dust cover and check if the retaining ring is detached. If it is detached, please use the circlip pliers to snap the snap ring into the groove to apply normally. Please use the non-woven fabric or hygroscopic paper to see the mouth and the surrounding area. Wipe clean, the whole vehicle observes whether the leakage exceeds one drop of oil at 24 hours. If the leakage does not exceed 1 drop, it can be used normally. If it is exceeded, please replace the product.

A2. Remove the oil cup from the master pump with a Phillips screwdriver, remove the rubber seal ring, wipe it clean, reload it, and wipe the mouth and surrounding liquid with a non-woven fabric or hygroscopic paper. After 48 hours, observe whether the leakage exceeds one drop of oil. If the exudate does not exceed 1 drop, it can be used normally. If it exceeds, please replace the product.

A3. Check if the pipeline is tight, please re-tighten the pipeline - check the joint gasket for damage, please replace the gasket - check the sealing surface of the processing end for obvious bumps, scratches, etc., block the interface with non-woven fabric After the interior, use sand to gently polish, replace the product after this method is invalid.
