1. Overview

1  Most of the traditional battery charger and simple battery charger consist of industrial frequency transformer and rectification circuit (or controllable silicon voltage) or the controllable silicon can be used to adjust the commercial power for charging the battery. Even with simple circuit, the shortcomings that can not be neglected remains:     

1,  it has huge volume, making it hard to transport and use. 

2, lack the perfect protection function with poor liability.

3,Relevant personnel shall be allocated to watch over it when charging is going on. The charging current shall be continuously adjusted, thus hard for us to keep fully charging without overcharging. 

4,the controllable silicon is directly used to adjust the commercial power, thus causing the power shock risk for not being isolated from the commercial power and damaging the wave of commercial power and producing great loss of power line. 

2  The cover-discharging, over charging and long tern fully charging of the accumulator can cause the early aging of the counter electrode of the accumulator and shorten the service life of the accumulator. To avoid the occurrence of the things like that and lengthen the service life of the accumulator, selecting the accumulators of different functions has been a key element to lengthen the service of the accumulator under the same electrical characteristics of equipment and same supporting accumulator. That’s the reason why the users who use the traditional chargers reflect that the service life of the traditional accumulators can not be longer than the nominal accumulators offered by our company.  

Presently advanced no industrial frequency transformer switching power supply has been adopted in this full automatic charger, which is characterized by small volume, light weight and high efficiency. In combination with intelligent charging technology, it is designed in light of overcoming the shortcoming of the industrial charger to achieve the full automatic working and manual attendance free status for the purpose of lengthening the service life of the accumulator and timely charging the accumulator. So it is very suitable for the manual attendance free charging conditions. It can be connected for a long time to keep the fully charging of the accumulator. It is very suitable to be used as the auxiliary starting up power supply and additional charging power supply for the equipment such as cars and motors.

Full automatic charger is applicable to 20~1000Ah open type or sealing type accumulator as the supporting charging equipment. It can be used as temporarily charging or long term floating charging.

2. Main characteristics 

 imported military level IC is adopted in the switching supply control chip and imported industrial level components are used in the other elements. The charger can have the reasonably optimized in the charging with strict and perfect production process, thus safeguarding the reliability and stability of the charger. 

The charging can be conducted strictly according to the characteristic curve for accumulator charging. The designed charging program can be shown as follows: (preset) constant current charging→(reaching the equalized charging constant voltage value)constant voltage current reduction →(transferred through automatic identification ) floating charging”. It characterizes by fast charging speed, high efficiency of charging restoring, free manual attendance, long time charging without overcharging risk, thus ensuring the long service life of the accumulator.    

  Charging current can be selected within 1~60A, without being affected by the change of output voltage. The current remains unchanged within constant current charging period without needing the manual adjustment.  

 AC and DC compatible output with wide scope of output voltage

 There are output short circuit and battery polarity opposite connection protection set in this charger. Electromagnetic type air switch protection is adopted in such function with fast reaction and long service life. There is also intelligent temperature control heat dissipation by fan and overheating automatic power off function set in the charger, thus the users can use it safely.  

 The battery volume can be clear at a glance without the accumulator capacity display
