WORKING PRINCIPLE OF MANURE SEPARATOR
Feces from livestock farms are pumped into manure separators.
The AUGER pushes the feces forward, in which part of the water in the feces is discharged through the SCREEN.
When feces are transported near the discharge port, they are squeezed and most of the water is discharged.
The working principle of this equipment is very simple, but when dealing with different livestock farms manure, the accessories need to be adjusted so that the equipment can work more efficiently(the selection of gap size in V-shaped wire screen is very important, need to communicate with the manufacturer when purchasing).

Strong packing
From the manufacturer to the buyer’s farm will go a long way, if the packaging is not strong, it is easy to break down.
The most vulnerable location: Electric Panel.
Motor selection
China’s suppliers are generally equipped with 380V three-phase power supply. But if you need different choices in your country, don’t forget to equip your supplier with motors suitable for your country.
Model selection
Please let us know the moisture content of the manure you handle, different types of manure separators are needed for feces with different moisture content.
Slot size of V wire screen
The feces of different livestock have different viscosities, so v wire screen with different gap sizes are needed.
