BOD-880 type digital BOD5 analyzer uses the principle of air pressure method designed, when the sample at 20 & amp; # 177; 1 ℃under constant temperature conditions after 25 culture , through biological oxidation of organic matter into nitrogen , carbon and sulfur oxides , and carbon dioxide gas is absorbed sodium hydroxide , reducing the culture bottle pressure , the amount of change by the pressure sensor into an electrical signal , which can detect the value of the measured samples of BOD5 .
