Brief introduction
CST800E rapid corrosion tester with integrated impedance (EIS) measurement principle of merit, has easy to carry , easy to operate , rapid measurement , display the results and intuitive features. Instruments used in all AC impedance measurement mode , can accurately measure the working electrode and the reference electrode dielectric resistance between Rs, and automatically subtracted from the polarization resistance Rp medium resistance RS, to obtain accurate corrosion rate, which applies in particular to medium resistivity larger corrosive environments , such as oily water , soil or concrete systems .
Instruments used regular automatic measurements, built-in real-time calendar clock , automatically timed wake-up measurements can be used for continuous monitoring of the site . AC-DC power supply with automatic switching , built-in rechargeable battery ( optional ) , for on-site use without power , full power state can be measured continuously for 60 hours.
CST800E either manually measuring instrument can be installed in the field will be timed automatic measurements. Built-in 16M bytes flash memory , calendar time can be tested together with the data storage , can store up to 500,000 sets of data. Flash memory to ensure data remains in the instrument off and then saved for field applications with ease. Test data can also help CST800E control software, transfer to a PC via USB , the user on the PC for data processing, archiving , and the polarization resistance , solution resistance and corrosion rate - time curves displayed on the screen , the software also corrosion rate according to the change of status to predict future developments .
