CP9000S Series flexible current probe

 CP9000(S/L)series flexible current probe has the features of high bandwidth and high precision (with typical value of 2%). By utilizing the current probe, a broad current measuring range can be realized, frequency ranges from several Hz to tens of MHz, current ranges from the mA grade to several KA grade, and it greatly solves the problem of current testing. The features mainly comprise that the coil is light, flexible and free to plug as well as unplug, so that many places which hard probes unable to reach can be detected, and connection with a to-be-tested object is easily realized; the insertion loss is almost zero, being only several pF, interference onto the to-be-tested object is nearly zero; with a standard BNC output interface, connections with an oscilloscope, a data acquisition unit, a digital voltmeter etc. are convenient to realize so as to observe current waveform; with the design of a USB power supply interface, the usage is more flexible and convenient; being provided with an acousto-optic over-current alarm function, the design is more humanized; and the length of the probe ring as well as the connecting line can be customized according to requirement of a customer, so that the testing requirement of special occasions is met.

The induction ring of CP9000S series probe is small and flexible, the outer diameter typical value is 1.6mm (1.7mmMax), and the withstand voltage is as high as 1kVpk, it is extremely suitable for current measurement of small encapsulated devices such as MOSFET and IGBT device pins (TO-220 and TO-47 encapsulation), capacitor ripple current measurement etc.

The outer diameter typical value of CP9000 series probe ring is 3.8mm, the withstand voltage reaches 2kVpk, the induction ring can pass freely through narrow spaces, and it is suitable for large current measuring occasions.

The outer diameter typical value of CP9000L series probe ring is 8mm, the withstand voltage is as high as 10kVpk, and it is extremely suitable for occasions with large current and great power.
