1. Principle and Structure
single plug cement head is a special tool for pumping slurry and releasing pumpdown plug. It can
couple with one plug, and make the drilling fluid fill into drill pipe in turn and quickly, simplify ce-
menting operation and prevent cement pollution.
The structure of the DSC cement head as fellow:
The Bottom has a rotating joint, which is used to rotate casing. The pumpdown plug is installed in the body, and Spiral Pin Assembly is used to stop plug, the indicator shows whether plug pass through the rotating drill pipe cement head.
Open lift nipple on top of cement head, install pumpdown plug into cement body.
Connect cementing pipeline and slurry pipeline with union.

2. Features
- Ø It is manufactured according to API grade steels with connections for threads.
- Ø Indicator indicates plug releasing.
- Ø Reasonable Structure, main parts are made from AISI4135H alloy steel.
- Ø The connection thread of Top lift nipple and body is large pitch thread, which is convenient for quick installation.

Answer :The product should be stored in a dry warehouse with a flat ground, the accessories should be
kept away from rain, sunshine and exposure of sea water. Make sure not to unpack or remove
the plastic bags unless you need it to work.
2.Question:How to transport?
Answer :Handle with care, no deformation should occur due to dropping or collision during convey.
3.Question: What's the demand for maintenance?
Answer :Storage time should not exceed 2 years.
