1.Description of the oil machine:

Maintenance of the oil machine:

 (1) The lubrication should be checked after every 50 hours of operation. The oil blank on the gearbox should not be short of oil. The screw shaft adjustment screw bearing adjusts the screw hole to add butter. Dry grinding is strictly prohibited.

 (2) All lubricating parts should be protected from dust and other debris. The quality of the oil in the gearbox should be checked once a year. If it is found to be deteriorated, replace all oil.

 (3) When the production volume is reduced and the cake or oil is not normal, the screw shaft should be taken out to check the wear of the screw, the strip and the cake, and the worn parts should be replaced in time.

 (4) After the end of each shift, the residual cake in the machine should be removed and the dust and grease on the surface of the machine should be cleaned.

 (5) When the production season is over for long-term storage, maintenance should be carried out, and the screw, the squeeze bar and the cake outlet should be removed and washed and re-applied, and placed in a dry place.
