It forms a convective circulation, making a triple mixing to the material. Two mixing spiral is a standard for Double-spiral conical mixer, however, it’s available for one long spiral, double spiral, triple spiral according to the size of the equipment.The more spirals, the more effective for mixing. The discharging valves is a dislocation valve like a plum flower. The butterfly valve, ball valve, Star discharge valve can also be chosen according to the customer’s requirement.The machine has a motor rotation are and cycloidal pinwheel reducer to complete, using two screw asymmetric mix, make the material mixing range, mixing speed, to gravity, mix ratio of mixed more suitable for large materials. The machine parts contacted materials for stainless steel.
