2. Installment :
The oil press must be installed by bolts firmly on the foundation and keep horizontal.
3. Operating:
Feeding must be steady and slow at the beginning to avoid blocking. When machine is operating, oil extruding and residue, outlet need to be checked.
Normally, most of oil will flow outward from square rod through the oil scrapper.
Broken cake residue indicates the oil seeds is too dry.
And steam emerging from the cake residue says that the seeds is too wet.
Water contented in the raw material must be adjusted.
Cake thickness adjusting:
Rotating adjusting handle clockwise will make the cake thicker, and otherwise will make it thinner.
Each circle of adjusting handle will change the thickness to 0.4-0.5mm.
