Olive oil pressing process:
1.Picking olives:Winter is the time for harvest. When picking the olive,take care to ensure that it is not broken for the fresh fruit.
2.Shipping to the factory: During this period,take care not to break it. When reaching the factory, do not pile them highly to avoid fermentation caused by overheating. They have to be pressed within 24 hours to obtain high quality olive oil.
3.Cleaning:Put them on the conveyor belt, the leaves will be blown away through the ventilation area.Then wash them.
4.Drying: Olive is dried which it is conducive to the press.
5.Crusher: Crusher it into a paste.
6.Cold press: The paste can be pressed by Olive oil press machine, and the olive oil can be got after it is filtered by vacuum oil filter. The temperature can not be over 35 ℃, namely “cold press”.
7.Storage: Olive oil is stored in the cellar or warehouse better during 15-18 degrees. Use the special instrument to prevent its oxidation.

1.Delivery time?
-20~30 days after order confirmation. We need time to prepare machine according to exporting standard,
wear-in, making wooden box, fumigation and suitable ship arrangement from forwarder.
2.What are cold press and hot press?
-The cold press is a kind of machine which can press material without heating it.
-The hot press is just opposite with cold press.It is a kind of machine which can press the material after it is
heated.
3.How to maintain?
1).Check lubrication every 50 hours.No short of oil on the body of gear box.....
2).Prevent intrusion of dust and other debris to any part of lubrication.Check the quality of oil on gearbox
every year,and once find it is deteriorated,replace all the oil.
3).When the production was reduced,the cake or the oil is not normal,pull out the screw shaft and check
whether pressing shaft,cage bars,the mouth of cake is worn and replace it timely.
4).After the work,remove residue cake,clean the surface.
5).At the end of productive season,take apart of pressing shaft,cage bar,mouth of cake and grease oil for
them.Put them on a dry place.
