2. Q: What is the Shipping Cost?
A: The shipping cost is determined by the destination port, weight, packing size, total CBM of the
goods. It is difficult for us to quote you the exactly shipping fee without knowing your total quantities
of the order and your destination sea port and goods weight, we will quote you the good shpping
cost after you decide the order and order have been almost finished.
3. Q: What is your shipping ways of goods?
A: By sea, by air or by land. DHL, UPS ,TNT, Fedex etc. you can choose shipping ways or arrange the shiiping
by your shipping agent.
4. Q: What is your MOQ(minimum order quantity) ?
A: For this product, our MOQ is 300 pcs each type each color. Because of the production Volume monthly
and cost of material we have a MOQ limited. If you order quantites below our MOQ, the unit price will
be higher than MOQ's.
5. Q: what is your needed if we want to order some order?
A: If you have own design and detailed requirement for us, we will do order according to your asking.
Mostly we provide OEM service. Please send us clear pictures if without your design. or send us your
original sample to us to copy. the size chart and clear logo image for pirinting or embroider are needed
for sample making or bulk order if having printing logo or pictures.

6. Cooperation procedure:
1. First send us an inquiry for quote, please be specific on products item, fabirc asking, the size of printing logo or emborider, quantities of order and required delivery time.
2. Then we will response to your request with 24 hours with an itemized quotation sheet, incluing description, size, unit price in USD, Payment term and delivery time.
3. We may contact you for clarification or options during this period, please carefully review our quote, please do not hesitate to call or email us if you have any question or need any advice, make necessary revisions.
4. After confirming all the information by you, we will prepare a copy of PI (Proforma Invoice) or Purchase Agreement; we will attach bank information in the PI. Our payment term: 40% T/T deposit and 60% T/T balance shoud be paid before shipping.
5. When receice the 40% deposit, we will start the produciton at once, PP sample can be made for sending if needed before it.
When the goods are finished, we will take all the pictures from different angle for your reference. After got the 60% balance. we will arrange the shipment for you at once. At last, we will send the the commercial Invoice and packing list, especial the Original
B/L.
