Machine introduction:
The fully automatic flat mask machine is mainly composed of a mask body machine, 2 or 1 ear strap welding machine. The equipment enters from the raw materials to the output of the mask product. It is fully automated to reduce the contact of the mask during the production process, so as to achieve industry testing standard. The main work flow includes raw material rolling-folding and pressing-nose bridge rib feeding-crimping-mechanical forming-sheeting-cutting-edge banding-ear strap feeding and welding-finished product blanking.
The face mask machine can realize a series of process including material feeding,nose clip welding,blank mask welding/folding/cutting,ear loop welding/binding until a completely mask is finished,it’s combined with 1 blank mask machine + 2 ear loop welding machines which has greatly improved the production efficiency.
